Not very accommodating. They wouldn't provide a replacement for a juice that fell out of it's weak plastic strap holding 2 jugs together. Costco would have had no issue with this. BJ's is the Walmart to Costco being Target. You get what you pay for.
So much more like a grocery store to me.Then a warehouse store and You don't have to fight for a parking spot. Definitely recommended to people.
I have everything in smaller portions I like it cause I live alone
