My friends, staff and I have been to this place and got a shopping cart then showed the membership and went into the store and bought lots of things like pies, cake and other things. Also, there were a lot of people there looking for things or ordering cakes.

I need to share the terrible experience my 73-year-old mother had at BJ's Optical today. She went in for an eye exam and new glasses, and the male employee working there was incredibly rude and aggressive. He spoke to her so loudly and harshly that it frightened her deeply, and her language barrier prevented her from being able to stand up for herself.
