Service was completed satisfactorily. BUT - Price I was charged for the Service Call was significantly higher than I was quoted. 'Extra' materials were at an outrageous cost. When I called to follow up, staff was indifferent... no reason at all to call again.

Poor service rude people high prices my experience with this company was extremely bad will not ever go back. Products are sometimes misrepresented as new when have been on the floor for months/ year's.

I sell electronics online. When i went to see if they could help repair a TV. They were very rude not wanting to answer my questions which i don't understand don't you want business. That seems like a constant in portage, The problem is there is no other place to go! So the business's don't have any competition in the town, They have nothing to guage there service/product by.

I just had a wonderful phone experience with Irma from BJs. She was extremely empathetic to my broken microwave situation and did everything she could to help me. I'll tell you what I told Irma on the phone, "BJs has just earned a lifelong customer." I was extremely happy with the service.

I had a problem with my WildBlue internet signal within 10 days of BJ's installing it (2007). They came out right away and "tweeked" the problem and I was up & running in minutes. Recently, I had another problem with receiving my internet signal, again, WildBlue sent them a repair order and they were out here within 2 days of receiving the request. I'm very dissastisfied with the "service", or lack thereof, that BJ's provided me. I purchased a warranty for a Sony TV from Circuit City, who has a contract with BJ's for my area. After 3 weeks of not receiving service, I canceled their visit and had Circuit City send me a lamp for the TV to install myself.Whenever I tried to find information from BJ's, they treated it as if they didn't care about the service call at all.
