Everyone is superb at B.J.'s Trailers. I recently bought a dump trailer from them, and the process was as smooth as silk. When I had a warranty issue about a month later, they took care of everything quickly and better than expected. Won't go anywhere else.
High quality service and high quality people. They CARE. We had a bearing overheat and catch fire and were stuck 8 hours away from home with our two show cars on a 32 foot trailer. We called them and brought our trailer there. They not only were able to get us in immediately but also checked over the rest of them just to ensure they were okay too. 10/10 service and 10/10 customer service. These people ROCK!

My company has used BJ's Trailers a few times over the years for repairs and most recently the purchase of a new trailer. Their work it thorough and fast. Today I picked up a new trailer. The customer service that Melinda provided over the phone was superb. She made me feel like she wanted my business. I’ve purchased three trailers from this business, and just recently had some additional work done on the newest trailer. Not only is everyone there very pleasant to deal with, but every time I do business there, I walk out feeling like I’ve gotten a quality work product at a fair price.
