While driving from Kansas City, MO to Jacksonville, NC (1300 miles) we blew a hub on our utility trailer carrying the Harley that was left to me after a death. We called TrailersPlus as they were who I bought the trailer from, but they were "too busy" to help. They did however send us over to BJ's, and they got us in and back on the road with both hubs replaced in under an hour at a discounted rate (thank you to the mechanic). We made it home with no further issues and really appreciate the service you provided.
The ladies there is always on there a game they know parts and very helpful
This place came highly recommended by a friend of mine, but when I went, they had no interest in helping me. I wanted to have a brake controllers installed, which they have in store, but the person came out quickly looked under my dash and made some comment about how newer vehicles were tough. We went back in where he tried to look something up quickly online then kind of just dismissed me. I guess they only want your business if you are buying a trailer or its something really easy.
