My company has used BJ's Trailers a few times over the years for repairs and most recently the purchase of a new trailer. Their work it thorough and fast. Today I picked up a new trailer. The customer service that Melinda provided over the phone was superb. She made me feel like she wanted my business. I’ve purchased three trailers from this business, and just recently had some additional work done on the newest trailer. Not only is everyone there very pleasant to deal with, but every time I do business there, I walk out feeling like I’ve gotten a quality work product at a fair price.

While driving from Kansas City, MO to Jacksonville, NC (1300 miles) we blew a hub on our utility trailer carrying the Harley that was left to me after a death. We called TrailersPlus as they were who I bought the trailer from, but they were "too busy" to help. They did however send us over to BJ's, and they got us in and back on the road with both hubs replaced in under an hour at a discounted rate (thank you to the mechanic). We made it home with no further issues and really appreciate the service you provided.
