They may be out of business. The last few times I went the door is locked and no one is there and it is within the time on the door. I had a decent experience previously but frustrated they are closing early or out of business.
Talk about a disappointment. Ordered the tires they double booked the appointment so they called me to switch my appointment. Went to the next appointment time they were not even open. Called and left message no call back. I called the next day talked to someone they couldn’t get me in until today. I was hoping to get some discounts or something for my trouble but nothing!

Great service. Made my appointment on the BJ's tire website and followed up with a phone call the morning of the scheduled service to make sure the tires had arrived. Both of the staff were polite, friendly and let us know what time the car would be completed. I have used this location multiple times and they have always provided good service. In fact, there are 2 locations closer to me and I chose to travel to the Westminster location for a better experience.
Thank you to everyone at the tire center, Westminster MD. Kat was amazing! They made my day so much easier! I had just returned from a trip and had a tire installation appointment for my EV, unfortunately I was 15mins late, but they didn't treat me ANY differently, which was a huge relief. They handled my car quickly, efficiently and with the kindness this world sometimes seems to be missing. 10/10 thanks for your impeccable service ✨
