Thursday 4/11 - placed order for 4 tires and made appointment for installation on 4/15 at 10:30. Monday 4/15 at 8:12am tire center calls telling me 2 guys called out and they would have to reschedule MY appointment. Said he would call back with new date and time. Well at 3:15 after hearing from nobody I called and asked about my appointment. Was told same story about guys being out and that is not my fault but I would have to wait until he sees who comes in Tuesday. Umm…what? You already took my $800 and you want me to sit a... read more

We have been using BJ's tire in Westminster for over 20 years for the tire service and a propane refills. We have always been satisfied with the level of service and pricing. For the tire, we always buy it with a road hazard warranty and they do help out in the long run.
Walked in and stood for 5 minutes before someone poked head in from service area and asked what I wanted. I said new tires. He literally sighed and put his head down like it was a chore. IT’S A TIRE STORE! Left immediately
