I had an issue with a tire losing air repeatedly and visited BJ's Wholesale Club Tire Center in Westminster for a repair. They installed a nail patch, but by that evening the tire was leaking again. I returned to the shop, and a staff member told me to come back after 8 a.m. the next day. I arrived around 9:15 a.m. to drop off the car, but she said they could not accommodate it that day. Great service. Made my appointment on the BJ's tire website and followed up with a phone call the morning of the scheduled service to make sure the tires had arrived. Both of the staff were polite, friendly and let us know what time the car would be completed. I have used this location multiple times and they have always provided good service. In fact, there are 2 locations closer to me and I chose to travel to the Westminster location for a better experience.
Thank you to everyone at the tire center, Westminster MD. Kat was amazing! They made my day so much easier! I had just returned from a trip and had a tire installation appointment for my EV, unfortunately I was 15mins late, but they didn't treat me ANY differently, which was a huge relief. They handled my car quickly, efficiently and with the kindness this world sometimes seems to be missing. 10/10 thanks for your impeccable service ✨
Prices are good, but their hours are unpredictable. Went twice in attempt to have my car serviced within the hours posted online and on their front door and the tire center was closed both times. Had to go somewhere else.
