Made to feel like an inconvenience from the moment we walked in. Despite having three employees on staff and zero other customers, we were told repeatedly they couldn’t fit us in. Then they tried to upsell us on tires we didn’t need. One employee actually tried to help and gave us options, only to have the supervisor override him and contradict everything he’d said. Poor service and zero consistency. Would never go back.

I recently had an excellent experience with BJs, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They checked all my tires not only the one that I had nail in. They helped me find the perfect set of tires for my vehicle, offering great recommendations based on my needs and budget.
Place was closing in 15 minutes, and I had a cracked valve stem. I asked if they could fix it and the kid behind the counter said, "No, that job will take 30 minutes." I offered to pay for the service and give him a big tip, because we would be stranded. He said, "Sorry, I can't help you."
