I recently had an excellent experience with BJs, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They checked all my tires not only the one that I had nail in. They helped me find the perfect set of tires for my vehicle, offering great recommendations based on my needs and budget.
Place was closing in 15 minutes, and I had a cracked valve stem. I asked if they could fix it and the kid behind the counter said, "No, that job will take 30 minutes." I offered to pay for the service and give him a big tip, because we would be stranded. He said, "Sorry, I can't help you."

Yesterday after doing 222 miles on my truck I got to BJs to gas up and both of my valve stems in the rear tires went...both tires went flat. The employee in the tire center was so incredibly nice and helpful took care of me, and other people because he was the only one working(Sunday 9/10/23) and wanted to let others know how impressed I was with the customer service I received. I will return if I ever need more tire maintenance. Recommend highly!! Sorry couldn't recall his name.
