The gentleman working there today was amazing! He was very busy and still managed to not only get me in but quickly because I couldn’t drive on my tire, thank you!
Ordered and paid for tires. Showed up for install and was informed they do not put tires on aftermarket rims. I think it is was complete BS from the employees. I was the first install on a monday. 245 40 19. Not that difficult.
Having tires installed at BJ's Tire Center in Chambersburg was a horrible experience. I would recommend going to any other tire service center in the area before ever going to BJ's.
Flat tire on I-81 and Hunter answered our distress call. He was on top of his game with great knowledge of the products and vehicle features. Excellent customer service skills. Did I mention Hunter was a one man show tonight and totally rocked it? 😎👍
We ordered 1 tire and came back a week later for them to put it on. The gentleman that took care of my husband was extremely rude and did not put back the spare tire. Customer service needs to be improved and the tire is over priced. I thought being members there be some perks but I think your better off going some place else.
