Absolutely do not waste your time here go to another location! I originally has gonna have my tires serviced at the bowie location which had better service and professional but i switched because i lived closer to this one and it was a mistake. I brought the tires online which started they had availability but the day of my appointment they called me and said they only have 3 tires instead of 4 i brought like they give it away to someone. The most terrible customer service I ever experienced. I wish I read the reviews before buying tires here, the guy who was serving me was so unprofessional & was watching something on his cellphone. Didn’t call me when my tires arrived, even after calling I had to constantly prompt answers from this guy, very disappointed. They must have forced these guys to work.
This is the worst BJ’s whole club I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. I went to have my tire replaced a week ago. I was given the run arounds by the manager Jason whom never returned my calls when I’d call. He claimed that the only store that had the tire I had purchased for my car was in Baltimore. I was very tolerant until now. This is third time I asked to criss-cross tires and balance them. They just switched whatever and never bothered to balance. I understand that you don't don't like your job, but you need to quit and not messing up other ppl car.
