Brought my car in for tire replacement--they call me the next day saying my Driver's Side Front Door no longer has working electric (locks, windows) and that since they put the window down on my car when bringing it in that its stuck. Not only does this strike me as ridiculous to begin with, but the Store Manager/Manager on Duty continued to suggest that they would have had nothing to do with this problem. I left here really impressed, they took care of my vehicle fast and with friendly service! Car rides great, tire pressures are perfect and even though it was a low profile tire they could handle it, always go to BJ's for tires!
got a red lift mark on my car and a scratch down the whole side when i went here for tires never again.... no refund nothing just have to live with it bc of low acountabillity shows you how well you can trust them...
Agree with the most recent rating. J, the man at the tire center, is a one man band. He is excellent in customer service; called me back when I didn't even leave a message. He was quick, efficient, and very helpful. He has a bright future! He will be the reason I return to the BJ's tire center.
