I had plenty of issues when coming to bjs tire center I have been going there for years now and the service at times has been difficult but my last two experiences with them have been outstanding for customer understanding and putting the effort in to what they are truly trying to do here kudos to the current manager mike he has been a constant reminder that people are good and they genuinely care he knows what he is doing and yes I would recommend and I will continue to go there as they grow moving forward but again a speci... read more

Good service
Brought my car in for tire replacement--they call me the next day saying my Driver's Side Front Door no longer has working electric (locks, windows) and that since they put the window down on my car when bringing it in that its stuck. Not only does this strike me as ridiculous to begin with, but the Store Manager/Manager on Duty continued to suggest that they would have had nothing to do with this problem. I left here really impressed, they took care of my vehicle fast and with friendly service! Car rides great, tire pressures are perfect and even though it was a low profile tire they could handle it, always go to BJ's for tires!
