I try to be understanding when I get delivery/curbside pickup and the quality is not what I would choose for myself, but today, three items I received were not in consumable condition (gray meat, pierced packaging and rotten fruit). I will try and be generous enough to assume that they were missed by whomever pulled them for my order, but after calling the store and the corporate line and being told that the only way to resolve this issue is to come into the store and return the items in person, I am extremely unhappy with t... read more
I purchased tires at the Bowie location in August 2020. I’ve had two problems since then, made complaints and still no one returned my calls or emails. This place sucks

I used the curbside service. I didn't have to wait long for my order after arriving at the store.
I waited an one hour and half for curbside pickup. I called them they keep hanging up. I call corporate and talk to them about it they said they will call me back. I am still waiting, if they cannot accommodate curbside don’t advertise that because you will be waiting for a very long time.
Placed an order for pickup for essential items needed. I kept hearing that this location fails to pull out & fufill orders made online. My first time doing so & being a brand new club member, they cancel my order. I have read reviews & it seems this location has a lot of issues. I am disappointed & plan to contact corporate about the sustemic issues this club has.

My elderly father in law was waiting for quite some time for propane. The employer in said flat out told him, "He was not coming outside." He was sitting sitting behind counter having personal conversation. There was another lady waiting as well, she went to speak to employee about getting help, and whatever he said, made her cry. Bowie just has really gone down hill.
