Not accommodating as all other BJ's (535 & Conroy) Wanted to order a thin crust pizza for my daughter and as per Manager currently on duty NOT POSSIBLE. Needless to say I come to this same location at least twice a week for lunch. Guess I'll be driving the extra 5 miles for better service to Conroy! They've lost a loyal customer after today✌️
Wow, some of the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Incompetent servers for sure, but I could tell it starts with management. Waited 15 minutes for someone to come to our table, then waited 15 minutes for drinks to come back, then waited 30 minutes for our food to come out! Manager finally came over and said our food was taking so long because one order was taken to the wrong table. So much incompetence.
