Waitress sucked.... blamed the 2 other tables she had to assist for us getting shitty service....gave the tab to my friends before they ever got their food...... my friend asked to speak to the Manager which didn't apologize for the shitty service but had the nerve to say I'm going to talk to the end of the table that didn't get their food and he was going to come back.....NEVER EVER CAME BACK AND NEVER EVER CAME BACK & NEVER SPOKE TO ANYONE AT THE TABLE and my friend had to track him back down to get the corporate number...... read more
It ended up being $18 for a hurricane with a extra shot of Malibu.......
The only problem I had was our waiter didn't refill our glasses with tea and water. We were there for 3 hours and after we paid our bill he never was seen again. We would have gladly left another tip if someone had refilled our glasses.
Best place to have a beer and a good steak in a nice environment

Staff and food were awesome
Well this is by far the worst. Our waitress was not good. I felt like she didn't care. The calamari. Had no flavor. My daughters steak was very dried she even said wow I'm hating this right now and she's only 14. The pizza was good. My salad was so plain needed more dressing. My husband said his clam chowder was ok but the bread was bad. And we asked for butter the waitress took so long and brought melted butter and spilled it on my husband very bad service. Then we asked her for not melted butter and it took her 10 minutes ... read more
