I visited the BJ"s in the highlands tonight and I was so disappointed with my service. My appetizers was cold and my grilled chicken pasta chi cold as well! To top that off! My to go dessert was balled up and half cooked. Oh if could this location a picture of this hot mess! Very unhappy customer! Thumbs down!
Great pizza
Excellent service from the the time I walked in at lunchtime on a Monday in my gym attire, throughout checkout at my table. Highly recommend their very tasty Asian Chopped Salad for those on a diet like me. Tasty & filling.
Can't beat the service you receive from Liz, Randa,and Renee!!! Consistently superior.
Good food and good selection of beers but service falls away and food does not come out hot when they get busy.
We did not have the best experience when we decided to have dinner after the Cowboys game. We chose to sit in the bar as there was a vacant but dirty table. After about 10 minutes we busses our own table. The waiter finally took our drink order but we had to get out own silverware, menus and eventually our drinks. It was obvious that when our waiter saw this he avoided us. A waitress finally came to take our order. Said she noticed we weren't being helped but couldn't do anything until it was time to clock in.
We had a great experience with the waitress and the whole atmosphere of this place. The food was delicious for each of us. I think our only negative experience was finding out the price of the Peach Margarita! �
There are better places to watch the game and eat pizzas but it's good.
