We ate at the Mission Valley location on Thursday afternoon. It was 2:00 pm and packed but the wait was only ten minutes. The service was prompt and our waitress was very attentive. The menu is extensive with many different selections at reasonable prices. We have eaten at four different locations and the building differ slightly but the rest is the same. They need more servers in the bar area / high top seating. We ordered right away and were they for almost two hours. 45 minutes for a pizookie is crazy.
My waiter Jayce H was very bad at his job. He was very unattentive. Needed multiple things while he rather talk to his coworkers and serve all the other tables except for mine. Did not deserve his tip. Terrible Service = Terrible Experience.
Food was mid, fries were hard not crispy. Waiter (blonde ish guy with curls on the back) I think his name was Jayce took 40+ minutes to give me a refill. He gave me a refill after he gave me desert (the very last thing I ate). Service was so bad I will never come back and alert those who are in the area to never come by.
Food was alright, not the best compared to other BJs restaurants. The service was terrible, our server Jace I believe, he was at every table but ours and would disappear. He was more focused on talking to the girls on the table behind us. Didn't bring us a single refill even after asking multiple times, he didn't bring them till we were done with our deserts at which we were ready to leave so there was no need. Never coming back to this establishment and I would advise others not to waste your money either.
