I went to BJ’s for my birthday, hoping for a good night, and instead it turned into a huge letdown. The management needs to have a seruous storewide meeting and correct its service staff as soon as possible. Last 2 times we've came here were absolutely horrendous. First time we sat in the restaurant for 2hrs due to extremely poor service. This last time was the worst dining experience we've had. Took my parents out for dinner, reserved 40 mins ahead for seating, get there the host says theres nobody on our name on the list. Incorrect Gratuity Percentages & Misleading Charges I’m really disappointed with my experience at BJ’s Restaurant. The food was fine, but the issue came with the bill. The suggested gratuity percentages printed on the receipt are completely wrong and much higher than what they claim.
