Advertising about your coupon for special programs is awful. Buy 4 P&G products by a certain date and redeem the $20.00 coupon by another block of dates in Marich 2019. Purchase made with supplemental card. Why did the * appear by each item indicating the requirements were reached If the purchase had to be made by primary card? Called store Mgr. and main customer service number. No explanation or concern from either party. This is third incident with this store. Done with BJ'S. Cancelling membership.

The person running the self service cash registers was very rude. I was apparently scanning too fast according to him and when he came over to help I was spoken to like a child, in front of my own child, and told not to do it again. Very bad customer service.
So disappointed in the deli department discontinuing selling Harvestland turkey breast. I've been told at the counter you are now carrying a Wellesley Farm variety of natural turkey but it tastes horrible. We have no need to shop there anymore at all now.
