Got my glasses wrong the first time, which happens. The staff, especially Jo Grisafi where great. Super nice. Apologized, got it right and just a pleasure to deal with. Never bought glasses from bjs before. Would definitely do it again.
I don't always leave reviews, but I had to write one for my amazing experience. Raymond the Optician was extremely helpful amd took his time to find new frames for me. He could have just brushed me off and said he had nothing. He didn't give up until my son had frames that he liked. I recommend Ray and his service for anyone going to Bjs for the glasses needs.
It was such a pleasure dealing with Raymond Laney when making my purchase of new glasses. He was helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. Definitely will be a return a customer.
If you wear contacts or glasses definitely come here everyone is so sweet and helpful. Jo was such a help and very patient with all my questions.
