Perfect encounter! Beautifully laid-out, the manager/optician was AMAZING! Very informative and helpful. I left confident and well educated.
I'm giving four stars because this review is based on customer service only. I haven't made a final choice yet or purchased glasses. Orlando, the manager in the optical department, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He explained how my out-of-network benefits would work and even showed me that BJs provides all the digital paperwork to submit for reimbursement.
