So we are online in bjs east rutherford New Jersey. They have about 6 registers open and the lines are 3/4 of the way down the store. Just a terrible way to run a business. Not enough cashiers for a Wednesday afternoon none the less super bowl Sunday. Yes this is the norm here too.

Absolutely the WORST experience!! Made arrangements with the BJ's store in Rutherford to purchase $5000 worth of canned goods to send to Puerto Rico. Got here and the rep is MIA. We picked items and find out at the register they were labeled wrong (sorry, now it's more money). THEN we find out there is a limit on certain cans we want to buy! We want 93 cans of a certain item but, we can only get the labeled price for 9 cans!!! AND not manager to be found!!!! Eye rolling cashier, uninterested employees and overall rude. Hope ... read more

this place is gross the cheese has mold on it the chicken half of it is spoiled clearly quality assurance is not doing their job they should be fired along with management because they are at the end of the day responsible for this disgusting.
