i have been a bjs member for over 6 years and nevr had a problem. but today after looking at sliced fruit and purchasing it i noticed small knats flying around it when i was packing up my car. i went back into store and told customer service . they gave me money back for fruit but i think that its terrible that after paying for the membership yearly i have to now be worried abt all the veggies and fruit i get.. boo for bjs what next board of health?
Yesterday was horrific. Only 5 full service cashiers and one was training a new cashier. Wait to leave was even longer as each item was being checked as customers were leaving. Spoke to mananager who said all the self service lines are a corporate decision. Poor decision from corporate. Bj’s is looking pretty good now
This place sucks. Ridiculous lines and items are more expensive than Costco.
Currently at BJs and they have lines closed and the lines are extremely long. There are 13 registers closed and lines are in the middle of the floor. It’s beyond ridiculous for this to happen on a Saturday.
That self checkout should only be an express line. I’m not shopping at the Gateway store ever again. I’ll drive out a little further to be treated better
