Moni did a great job of walking me through their very sophisticated eye testing facility. Great job all around.
I was extremely happy with my purchase of two pairs of eyeglasses. The staff there was excellent... Very helpful. UPDATE: I did have a serious issue with the eyeglasses. The anti-glare they put on them was horrible to deal with. The lenses were always smudged and dirty. Constantly. The staff there was rude and could have cared less about this issue. They also lied to me. I went above them and had the issue resolved.
The Optical Technician, April was welcoming and made me feel comfortable in the new environment using a teledoc. Everyone on the team was delightful.
