Wow. The level of utter incompetence when trying to get a prescription here was breathtaking. The BJ's optician staff say this is a 3rd party company they contract with, doing the eye exam remotely...and that this was why the eye exam equipment didn't work, the network connecting me to the optometrist kept going down, and why I ended up sitting in the exam chair for nearly two hours.
