Had a 3 pm Appt. & Arrived 10 Mins Early to be Waiting in Line to Check-in Due to Both Staff Members Waiting on Optical Customers & The Assistant in Back . Finally @ 3pm A Woman Waited on the Customer in Front of me & Still Didn't Even ask why I was there , She then Told me She Seen me & I'd be waited on Next while She Helped Customer Who was Picking up & Getting Fitted for Glasses . She then Was UnHappy When I Explained I was there for a 3pm Eye Appt. & Finally Went to tell them in Back I was there After 3 ..... Feel there ... read more
Amy and Ian were great at their jobs and extremely friendly. The process was easy, the eye exam was thorough (they check the health of your eyes which was a pleasant surprise because I was only expecting a vision prescription), and the cost for contacts and glasses beats anywhere else i’ve shopped.
Excellent service! Friendly and professional.
The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to getting my new glasses. Highly recommend BJ Optical.
