I am IRATE! My husband went to BJs for their special hours this morning. My recently had not one, but two heart surgeries. I am home because I have an autoimmune disease and have been in and out of the hospital having some cardiac testing myself. I really like the man working at the gas pumps today! Midday, Aug.11 Very outgoing, friendly and helpful. A huge contrast to the usual ones. Was so shocked at the difference, I just had to comment when I got home.
Ridiculous horrible customer service on an item ordered online. Still have yet to receive item after a month - no response from either BJ's or their hired freight carrier. Will not purchase from them ever again.
