Ordered glasses from here and was told the warranty that was an extra twenty some dollars was part of the package and that it couldn’t be taken off. I don’t need the warranty but was still charged for it. Once my glasses came back I went to pick them up, was told they close at 7. I got there at 5:30 and when I walk up to the counter there was a sign saying they’ll be back at 5:05...... so I waited even though it was way pass 5:05. This is such a fun and easy place to go get new glasses!!! Fantastic prices and so many great choices... you don’t even have to be a member!

Decided to stop in with my wife and check out their selection, after looking around for 15 minutes or so at the glasses and not being offered any assistance my wife walked around to the front of the counter to ask for more information on their 2 for 99 special because it seemed too good to be true. The lady working seemed to be more interested in her phone than answering our questions, we were the only ones in at the time too.
