Excellent experience! Looked high and low for frames that would fit my face. Very few to be found. BJ's did offer more than most. Ordered the glasses and they arrived in a few days. Much quicker than others I have delt with. Quality and price were a pleasant surprise as well. Dan took his time to ensure the fit was exact and I have been wearing them ever since. Dan helped me out with a pair of glasses for my kid and he was clearly knowledgeable and patient with us. He recommended some options that I hadn't considered and helped me stay within my budget. While wrapping up the transaction and leaving he said, "God bless" which was weird to me because I hadn't sneezed or anything, but, anyway, overall a good experience, I'd go back or recommend a friend.
Nick is amazing! He is patient, helpful, and very thorough. I recently started wearing progressive glasses and was having some trouble getting them to work right for me. He took the time to align my glasses properly and gave me lessons on how to use them. I would highly recommend Bj's optical and Nick.

My fiancé bought a pair of sun glasses from here in February. The frames constantly need to be tightened. I bought the most expensive lense package to protect against scratches. Took them in today because there is a scratch on one of the lenses and they require you to pay 50% of the original package even though the lenses come with a 1 year warranty... it’s very misleading. You are much better off going to an actual eye Dr.
