Ordered glasses almost 5 weeks ago. I was told it would take about 2 weeks for them to come in. I gave a call after 3 weeks, but no answer or option to leave a voice mail. Decided to try BJs optical as we were tired of going to our regular optician at the eye doc and paying high prices for glasses. They were having a 50% off all glasses sale and the prices were very, very good. I have progressive lenses and this would be my second pair of progressives. Progressives must be measured properly for something called "seg height" - which determines how high the reading prescription sits on the glasses.
