I had a great experience! I was very well taken care of, and I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and expertise of all the people who worked in the optical department. I also appreciated the virtual meeting with the eye doctor that was part of my appointment. He went over all of the results of my eye exam with me, reviewed my script, and answered any questions I had. BJ's Optical has an excellent selection of glasses.
