I had a frustrating experience with BJ’s Optical at the Brier Creek location. I dropped off my frames on 2/23 and was told they would be ready in about 10 days. After multiple follow-ups, I kept getting the same “at finishing” update with no clear timeline. Eventually, my original frames were never returned and had to be replaced. I did receive a refund and a new pair of frames, so the issue was ultimately resolved, but the process to get there involved poor communication and lack of follow-through.
