Ignorant owner with no compassion
NEVER visiting this establishment again after the WRONGFUL treatment of my sister, brother in law , and their family. Singling out my 2 year old nephew (who has ASD), pointing to him and saying that ‘something needs to be done about this one’. UNBELIEVABLE. This is supposed to be a ‘family friendly’ restaurant, yet my family was unwelcome and treated with such disrespect during a mid day lunch as they were patiently waiting for their food after over an hour with 4 hungry kids. The management is SHAMEFUL.
Not at all child-friendly. Really disappointing service and treatment for a family with young children. We won’t be returning.
RecommendedBrittney is an awesome bartender and the place has great music, good food and a great view of the bay!
Shame on you for the way you treat families and children. Not all disabilities can be seen and to ask a family to leave after more than an hour wait with an ASD child that was hungry is just bad business and cruel.
Treated a friend of mine and her family horribly today. The OWNER. Don’t spend the money you worked for all year to enjoy your vacation with at a place where the owner likes to humiliate families. Plenty of other great restaurants in OC.
Rude treatment of people with children.
Disgusted at the way my friend and her family were treated in middle of the afternoon BY THE OWNER. Will never return. Their 2 year old was gleefully happy while they waited over an hour to be waited on patiently and then to be treated rudely and with disrespect because of said gleeful child. Horrible. Wasnt even that good of a place to begin with. Didnt even try to work with them either, just asked them to leave. Horrendous. Disgusted.
The owner of this establishment treated my cousin... a 2 year old.... with austism... with the utmost, ignorant disrepect today. They were told that he was to be taken outside without ANY regard for children with differences and special needs. That little boy is beautiful and smart and BJ's treated him so completely ignorantly. Please boycott this horrific owner.... PLEASE.
