How is it that you offer gift certificates to someone as a prize, and expect them to be used within two months?? I have (2) $25.00 gift certificates to use, and the manager on the phone says "we can't accept them because we won't get our money for them." What?? Your restaurant issued them? Where would you not get the money for them from? My wife, two daughters, and I are new to the area, and wanted to try out a new restaurant. Check this one off the list as never going to even try! Hmmm... this doesn’t seem right? Are you sure it was a gift certificate and not a coupon? Is there an expiration date on it? You should bring it in still so we can see what exactly you have. We offer mostly anything, as long as it’s not a holiday weekend, or not expired, you should be fine!
