I had an issue, and after speaking with the owner, it was rectified. Owners are willing to listen to any frustrations and work towards a resolution. Mulch is good.
Their mulch quality is really good, but somehow they did not give enough. Last year we ordered 3 yards from somewhere else, but apparently I got way less than 3 yards from BJS this year. And my neighbor contractor also confirmed we only received 2.5 yards at most.
Very helpful, but not cheap.
