I am so very impressed with Sylvester and his crew. He has gone out of his way to help me. He is a man of his word and does what he says he is going to do. He and his staff truly handled installing my A/C with pride and professionalism. Circumstances were beyond his control, like waiting on a part, but here he was out of the blue with his whole crew setting out what he promised to do. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

I trusted this company the owner talked a good game but he didn’t help my situation, most of all he doesn’t call back he doesn’t respond to text or calls as soon as he install a new unit probably the last time you will see him , don’t make same mistake I did

Contacted BJ’s Heating and Air to take a look at my old ac system from 1982. Due to the age of my old unit we decided a full replacement system was needed. This happened on a Wednesday afternoon and by Friday at noon the house was cold again. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service and professionalism of the staff at BJ’s heating and air.
