Went in last week, The place was MT, asked the Boss man if I could buy 5 min of his knowledge... (had a engine in my truck, was will to pay for him to step 10 feet outside to look at it and give an opinion) he said sorry i'm too busy! Totally blew my mind, and I actually thought he was joking around. He said "I've been here 36 yrs" and walk into the back! WOW! I have Been there a few times over the past 36 YEARS, never again!

I would just like to say, ive bought a toro snow blower from this shop and most recenly an echo weed trimmer the SRM-225. the customer service was great and the gentleman that helpped me was quite knowledgeable. My next purchase will be the echo leaf blower that I saw on the wall. I would definatley recommend this shop to anyone looking to buy and have there lawn equipment serviced.

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing, marked by poor communication, a lack of professionalism, and unreasonably imposed charges.
