Customer service isn't great. Brian will just insult anyone who has a concern rather than addressing it like a civilized human being. If you have any self respect, you'll avoid dealing with him and his buisness.
Saw a post on the St.Albert Facebook page and thought I’d share so maybe they will get their vacuum back. The customer paid for the vacuum to be diagnosed, then it was kept for nearly a month with little communication despite repeated follow-ups. Now they’re being asked to pay $350 before the vacuum is even returned or reinstalled, with no way to confirm the repair was actually completed.
