Wow. Rude. Call in with a question and ask about swinging by and the person on the phone was quite rude. I will NOT be swinging by and I do not recommend people dealing with them. And yes I mentioned I had the part off and I guess unless you have the part number and everything. They have no clue. Edit. Part number. Just called in to order a part they couldn't even take the time to look up the part. Horrible service do not deal with them. They told me to look up the part myself on the internet, exactly where I will order it. Arrogant beyond words. I doubt toro supports this type of dealer behaviour and service.

If I could give 0 stars I would I took my snow blower there 3 times its still not fixed. Shitty customer service they talk to you like you're stupid and don't give shit about customer service. Overpriced and they fix nothing. DO NOT GO HERE PASS THE MESSAGE TO EVERYONE.
