Incredible experience with BJ. My sun/moon shade ripped and came off track. Called up BJ, and he was very easy to communicate with on how the process would work with him. Ordered the part, and called him up to schedule a service date. Literally next day service and he drives to you. Fixed it in less than 3 hours , was quoted 6-8 by the dealer. Customer service like that is rare. 10/10 would recommend BJ for all your headliner or sunshade needs.
Great experience super professional and fast service. Was told by another shop it would cost me over 3k and would take days. They came and fixed it in 2 hours for way less. Works great!
Man where do I start. BJ IS AMAZING AND THE BEST AT SUNROOF REPAIR. I have a 2021 Yukon xl and it would leak with heavy rain all in the headliner, out the a pillars, rear lights,seatbelt holders etc. I took it to my buddy who works For GM and he couldn’t find the issue in a week. I take my truck back and quote the dealer and they say it’s 900 per drain and there is 4 and it’s 375 to diagnose. So I look Around and find BJ. He was amazing from the start.
