Been going to BJ's on and off for a few years, and I know they'll take the time and interest in getting you back on the road expeditiously, and cost effectively. As for surprises, we'll, cars tend to have a few occasionally, and those come with adjustments. Fortunately I haven't had these here, but for anyone dealing with mechanical issues, it shouldn't come as too big of a surprise when the occasionally happen. All-in-all, good service from hard-working good people. #TheBrokerWithAHeart
Brought my car in for a safety inspection and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly, thorough, and took the time to actually check everything and explain the results. It was refreshing to work with an honest shop that doesn’t push unnecessary repairs. Would definitely recommend.
I went to a repair shop today to get a lift. It was a place I didn't know at all. The lift needed to be inspected. Even though my car's tires were in good condition, they told me I needed to replace them or they wouldn't issue me a valid certification. They did this just to monopolize me. I don't trust them.
THIS SHOP SUCKS RUDE OWNER WASTE OF TIME LEARN HOW TO PARK CARS ON STREET CLEANING DAYS SO CUSTOMERS DONT GET CITED. ITS UR RESPONSIBILITY TO MOVE IT MR. BJ NOT CUSTOMERS SINCE ITS IN UR CARE
SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE!!! UNTRUSTWORTHY! Do not trust the pricing. The old asian dude mechanic will overcharge you for parts and labor. I had my oil change for my 2004 Kia Spectra with about 150,000 mileage. The old Asian dude overcharged me for $100 plus! 5quarts of full synthetic oreilly oil cost only $30. He did not even use a full synthetic oil after a check from 2 other mechanics from different shop. And then there was a noise coming from my right passenger side wheel area.
