These guys are awesome. We purchased a food trailer from them, and from day one, they have been great. Austin was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and really helped with the layout as well as recommendations on where to get other items they don't sell. If you're looking for a food trailer, this is where you need to go! We were looking for almost 6 months before we purchased a trailer to open The Cocky Steer. I originally met with Brad and Austin, they asked questions to better understand what exactly I would need to get my trailer. They took the time to truly listen and advise to ensure I got the best deals on equipment. Austin was extremely helpful and Brad is a wealth of knowledge in the food truck business. Great service. Good quality. Best group in town I had the pleasure to deal with. Top notch business. Austin is a pleasure to work with and he knows his stuff. No over selling or giving you all these reasons to add. They ask questions on how I’m going to use it and directed me to the one I took home.
On a day the business was closed, these guys helped my husband and his friend get home safely. They bought a used boat from an individual out of town and had issues with the trailer. They called the nearest trailer dealer which was BJP Trailers. Although they were closed and it wasn’t their product, the owner answered while on vacation with his family and contacted his employee, Darren, who went to the rescue!
