The reinvention of Jollys on Harwood is amazing. The ambience is wonderful.Have been there twice and was a "Sit at the Bar" customer. The service at the bar both times was less than wonderful. The last time...after sitting for what appeared to be 10 minutes I had to ask if we could get a drink!!! We ordered appetizers and they were very good, but no one should have to work to get service...A nice place with a nice atmosphere..They just need to step up the service to match!
Sunday Brunch March 4th 2007 was a very unpleasant experience. The service was horrible.The food was cold and not all that tasty for a restaurant the seems to present itself as high end. The drinks ...when they finally arrived were outrageously expensive.To the credit of the restaurant they did not charge us the \$20.00 cost per person after they asked our opinion of the brunch. went out for a night out.....great place and awesome service. Sat in the VIP room, comfortable and warm. Drinks were pricey but well worth it. Cant wait to try the food, got there at about 11:30pm and kitchen was closed. Looks like fine dining at its best. Bartenders were very approachable and looked out for our needs. At times we had two bartenders for our party of 8. When room became to warm, fire was turned down upon request. Will be back for both food and drinks next time!!!
