Yeah I liked the apartment except for the electrical sockets they never worked and a month within staying there my books under my bed started getting moldy from water coming though a leak in someone else's bathroom through the wall. I didn't realize it was leaking until one day the whole carpet in my room was soaked. Plus when I left I cleaned everything and even polished the wood cabinets with oil and they refused to return all of my $600 deposit. The worst landlord I have ever had, lied to me, wouldn't fix anything, then when I moved they blamed me for problems that were already there when I moved in. DO NOT rent from these people.

I lived here here for a year and it was the worst living experience I have ever had. When I moved in my apartment was a mess. The floors were disgusting, the doors were scratched, the bathroom was unusable, broken heater, wires were fried, broken light fixtures and the walls were dirty. The first shower I took leaked puddles onto the floor out of the wall. The wall crumbled when I touched it and was moldy. They said they would fix it over a couple days, but ended up taking 2 weeks. stay the hell away. these guy's are lazy, they hardly are ever around for office hours. the lock and knobs for the doors are of the cheapest quality as i had to have a maintenance clown come and try to fix it numerous times. turns out that they also keep ($120 in my case) part of your security deposit to clean the crappiest rugs available. i doubt whether they actually even changed or cleaned the carpeting, as i left it completely the same as when i moved in. stay away from these hustlers.
