I called and made an agreement with him he never sent me the contract he promised after sending a test email to which I responded and stopped responding to my inquiries. I drove from Seattle to Helena Montana to finish our contract. Never heard from him. He ran a craigslist ad to which I responded. Seems like a huge scam ... I cannot recommend doing any business with this individual. Sorry
