After reading that the owner sent a totally inappropriate, sexually explicit picture to a young woman he did not know and when called out on it, was unapologetic (almost proud in fact), I urge each and every one of you to take your engraving needs elsewhere. Are these really the family values you expect of a "good family man"?
They are amazing people and have always done exactly what I needed done in an appropriate amount of time. I won't use anyone else.
