I scheduled an MRI at this location only because they had the first available appointment. I did not look at their rating but now I know why it is so low. Please avoid this place if you can. Some employees are not only rude but not knowledgeable as well. When I called to schedule my MRI they went through all the questions regarding implants. I have a pain pump and told them such. I know a MRI will turn the pump off and it comes back on about 30 minutes after the MRI is completed. I arrived on time, went to the back and chang... read more
Horrible experience. They don't have room for walk ins at urgent care? I arrived about 2 and half hours before closing, waiting room empty, they wouldn't take my appointment. Next available "walk in" was the next day at 11 am. Doesn't really seem like urgent care, I will plan my emergency better next time.
I went to this urgent care at 5pm they closed at 8pm. My toddler couldn’t swallow had a fever of 96.6 they told me they were only accepting appointments they were booked on appointments they didn’t have a single patient in the lobby. I asked them was this not a urgent care they lady at the desk says we are a extended care when you can’t see your doctor (duh urgent care) then directed me next door who also had a paper saying appointments only with not one patient in the lobby and directed me to Anderson express who accepted u... read more
Getting the blood labs is fast and easy but they can’t seem to draw the correct sample. I have to go back for a 3rd time now hopefully they can get it right this time
