Receptionist Kim in the 4700 building welcomed me and I felt that she cares for patients that she communicates with because she reassured me I could complete my test. Within minutes I was greeted by Jim, Technologist I shared my being scared of the machine that I was about to get into without calming medicine beforehand but he reassure me that I would not be in the machine more than 2 minutes and I could go feet first and held my hands before I went in and his confidence and calming voice with reassurance I did the test.
