5 stars. My experience at Missouri Baptist Medical Center was excellent. The entire staff was kind and professional. A special thank you to Dr. Sripada for her care, patience, and for explaining everything clearly. The nurses were very attentive and made me feel safe. Thank you for helping me through a difficult time. I highly recommend this hospital
I stayed at MOBAP from July 2nd-3rd due to appendicitis. It's clear that they take appendix-related issues very seriously, as I was in the operating room within 6 hours of my visit. There were no problems with the surgery itself. Everyone I encountered from the beginning to the end of my visit was very kind and courteous---Jasmine, Taylor, Mercy, Arianna, Jacob, Michael (maybe William? can't remember) in the ER, and many, many others! The bed was comfortable, the food was good, and they gave me a lot of opportunities to walk... read more
Arrived at 3pm, didn’t see er dr until 11:30pm, admitted, no room availability until 3:30am. Longest ER experience yet. Both the older women at ER desk were rude, dismissive, and arrogant, so weird? All the nurses and drs were nice so far, always scary at shift change. M eds already not given, twice, Benadryl and such. Also, 2 workers have touched her open wound without gloves? WTH is happening?
