nurse practitioner was awesome but these medical assistants need to reevaluate their bedside manners. verbally talked to in a way that reads "why did you even bring your kid here for this" another eye roll from this staff member I was going to ask if she found a better attitude floating around in their head

I don't think there is a single competent person working at this facility and that includes the "doctors" and "nurse practitioners"

If you cut yourself & need stitches, forget it. Don't waste your time. And if it's lunch time, even if you're bleeding, they dont care. They will tell you they can't see you, nobody available during lunch. Its supposed to be Urgent Care

I took my daughter to convenient care for a school physical. The receptionist immediately asked about my daughter’s insurance and I shared with her that I will be paying out of pocket for the visit. She told me that even if I’m paying out of pocket, my daughter cannot have her school physical completed there if they do not accept her insurance. She asked what insurance she has and I told her.
