Fast service everytime I go.
I caught an uber here and when I got there, there were no doctors available. None of the doctors showed up. I went down the street to Mercy whonis fully and properly staffed. Just sad!
I was treated with a warm welcome and respect by reception and the medical assistant Latoya Woods FNP greeted me with awarm smile, and was through after a with addressing my concern. I felt helped with a doable solution and appreciate her willingness to help me coordinate my aftercare with my medical treatment team This is a true alternative to the ER as I was out in about 30-45 mins
Great place great staff
I went to get some testing done and days had passed and I never received a phone call with the results. I call up there and they say that they got my lab mixed up with someone else’s and I will have to come back up there to redo it. Then the lady gets an attitude when I ask if that happened often. Ghetto as hell. Avoid coming here if you can.
