I fired this doctor years ago. As a senior, I had experienced all the negative behaviors and the undesirable attitude of this doctor mentioned above. Every patient deserves and expects what is called "good bedside manners": better known as common courtesy, a warm greeting and above all eye contact. My blood pressure always went up when I had an appointment. One time, I had an appointment and was 15 minutes late because I was in an accident. They make it impossible to refill prescriptions. Terrell will also cancel appointments without even letting you know, and the office will say they will call you and they don't.
Dr. Terrell is awesome. She does a great job of being a physician. She runs absolutely every test to ensure that what you are experiencing is acknowledged. I have been a patient for over ten years. I prefer her bedside manner as it helps to take the emotion out of it and assists with focusing on the medicine and the research.
