I'm a new patient. So far my hands on care has been fine. Referred out for most things. My problem is with billing/customer service. I reached out more than once to staff in person and via mychart asking for the clinic manager (as directed by the bjc billing dept) to help with zero response. There were two issues. First I'd gone in for an annual and was charged for my blood draw. Second i sent a mychart message asking about a medication and if i needed an appt for an increase. This is just the worst place I’ve been for care. The practitioner I see is literally walking out the door as soon as she walks in. She doesn’t care about her patients at all. I would recommend any doctor I have ever seen over her. If you want someone that actually listens and seems to care absolutely do not go here. She didn’t even give me 10 minutes and wouldn’t listen to literally any of my questions or concerns. Most of which I didn’t have a chance to voice before she left. Don’t see Lisa Scott.
Constant problems with their email portal staff and doctors. Don’t ever go here, go ANYWHERE else
Nancy the NP and a the other nurse made going to the doctor fun I even got a shot and I didn't cry or anything
