I can't comment on the complaints, but I have been seen by a doctor in this practice for years. My primary care physician assures that I always have needed medicines and cooperates with specialists. The staff is on top of issues and follows procedures. I am seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time. No wait for lab scheduling, and my health improved dramatically.

Place sucks waited in waiting room for over 3 hours before I was ever even thought about to be seen instead they’d rather take people that just walk in the door an leave you with a legit issue just hanging out to hopefully be taken care of seriously needs some work on their social skills

Not worth it. A total waste of time. The case management team has no real structured methods or real experience in the fieldof social work.. They're over booked, lazy and the program is ineffective. I can tell none of them are passionate about what they do. This is a stepping stone job. These types of people won't get far with the unorganized and unreliable work ethics.
