20 times I've called. They say it's a phone transfer so the person who answers is only going to transfer your call to B J C home and then someone will call you back. Out of 20 calls I'm yet to have any one call me back!!!
The worst customer service I have ever encountered. If you want someone to treat you like a human being and not just a number, DO NOT choose BJC home care as your supplies provider. Pitiful.

Terrible customer service. I visited the BJC facility in Overland to order a new CPAP machine on October 7, 2023, but no one has contacted me yet.
Zero stars! My first time ever ordering cpap supplies and it's a nightmare! I am leaving bjc immediately! This is unacceptable for a medical supply facility. I am beyond in need of a new face mask and they keep saying waiting on Dr order. Dr has sent order numerous times! I can't believe what this supply facility does to people!
