They have been treating my mother horribly. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
Completely Incompetent.....have left me hanging for 4 days now feeling like I want to end it all because they are playing games won't give me any answers about anything. Billing has no records....the Dr doesn't know anything or what to do...the ppl that answer the phones are like parrots... and the put you on hold for long periods then turn the phones off... so what are you supposed to do.... this has been going on since 6/25 I've been affected since 10/1 and calling the last 4 days..... QUIT PLAYING GAMES WITH PPL
Dr Tien has been my doctor for almost 2 years now. I really appreciate his diligence to his continuing practice and extensive research, especially alongside keeping professionalism even during experiences were most Physicians would be likely to begin to judge their patient. For being such a busy , he really is there for me whenever I need him which lately to me has been priceless. Thank you Dr Tian
